1Tap by Receipt Bank is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This will involve many challenges and continual improvements in a rapidly changing environment.
Our product is constantly evolving and so is our office space. We aim to create the best possible environment for our team to work in. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in international company, at one of the fastest growing startups in Europe in the prosperous FinTech sector.
In this role you will:
Contribute and facilitate the development of team culture.
Be the face of the company to first time visitors.
Ensure the office runs smoothly.
Ensure facilities are clean and secured.
Plan and organize events.
Assist with HR activities.
Keep an inventory and personnel records up to date.
Assist with new-hire on boarding.
It is essential that you:
Have at least 3 years of experience in this or similar position.
Are fluent in Slovene and English.
Have impeccable communication skills and are highly organized.
Are pro-active, friendly and tidy.
Has mastered the fine art of Google Docs / Microsoft Office.
Are registered as S.P. or D.O.O., or willing to do that.
It would be advantageous if you:
Have a degree in Administration or similar.
Have some HR role experience.
Have great ideas and a knack for problem-solving.
This is a full-time, on location job, with mostly 9-17 working schedule.
